of several highly skilled crafters with 10 to 25
years of experience. ALL
items are made by hand, here in the USA and most right here in Texas.

Hickory is usually a very strong white wood. These bows usually have great arrow speed, but are generally very stiff and or stack as you draw. They make wonderful hunting bows.

Ipe / Epe is a South American Hard wood, often called
Brazilian Walnut. This wood seems to come in several shaded of Chocolate, but
does not seem to darken over time. If it does it does so very slowly and its
darkening is not effected by the sun. It usually has a smooth, stiff draw, with
a great release.

Padauk which is often mistaken for Bloodwood is a south American relative. It is a wood that starts out bright Orangish Red and over time darkens to almost a black, a Scarlet red in the sun. The more sun it gets the faster it darkens (e.g. months instead of years)

This unique bow like the one above is technically not made of wood, as Bamboo is a grass. This one however has
padauk insets in the tips to make it stronger and give it just a fraction for arrow speed. With that said, they are amazingly fast, quiet and flexible. With
little to no hand shock.

The bow has a Rock
Maple backing strip which is a rich Creamy color. The shape of this bow is more of an American style
flat bow with some rounding that is similar to Our E.L.B. crosses. The back
is flat, but the belly is semi rounded, (just
a hint really. Its hard to explain) The grip/ riser is slightly
indented to make the grip more comfortable. The tips are in a square or box
shape. |

Most of these bows are currently
building out at approx 45#, we have gotten a couple 35# and a couple of 50#
+. There is a limited availability on these currently. So please contact us
if you want one and see what we have available.
They will have either
RocK Maple or Shag Bark Hickory backing strip which is a rich Creamy
to rich tan color depending on weather its sap or heart wood.
The Belly of this bow is a beautiful piece of Osage Orange, which starts off a bright yellow and changes over time to a rich chocolaty tan. The Grips are all built up with another piece of wood and can be just about anything. The grip has been rounded so that it fits comfortably in almost any hand. The grip is built up to make it more comfortable to shoot, but not so much that it is uncomfortable. It is a medium size grip that people with small and large hands alike have found comfortable. The shape of these bows is more of an American style
flat bow with some rounding that is similar to Our E.L.B. crosses. The back
